This wine displays a zesty fragrant nose of tropical fruits, passionfruit and gooseberry, along with a flinty, mineral edge. An extremely engaging nose, that displays all the classical Sauvignon Blanc varietal markers with purity and focus.The pallet follows on with distinct tropical fruit flavours, and intensely wound passionfruit. Slate light acidity adds a nervous tension to the wine, balanced beautifully against the fuller weighted mouthfeel. A slight mid to end palate texture imparts a good feel, and gives rise to a mouth- watering finish full of length.
