The Adelaide Hills experienced another exceptional vintage on the back of one of the best ever in 2021. A wet winter and spring, followed by a dry and mild summer created a long ripening period which led to excellent flavour development whilst maintaining natural acidity. Aromas of kiwi fruit, melon and white peach fill the glass. The palate is full of crisp, tropical flavours of melon and white peach with a touch of lemon curd in the middle to back palate, accompanied by a hint of natural acidity to keep you coming back for more.
