This Pear Cider is a blend of South Australian pears of various flavour-strengths and intensity, which has allowed us to retain these elegant flavours during fermentation before preparation for bottling. The bottled product has a lifted Pear fruit flavour & intensity with a hint of vanilla and spice [only from the fermentation] and finished with a great acid fruit balance.
