This Sloe Gin is made in the Camden Valley in a 50L copper pot still, using a combination of local and traditional ingredients. All water in the process comes from a spring in the Southern Highlands.
Botanicals are steeped, boiled and basket infused in varying combinations. All bottling and labelling done by hand on the property.
Botanicals: Juniper (macedonian and Bulgarian), Coriander seed, Angelica root, Licorice root, Walnuts, Thyme and Meyer Lemons. Sloe Berries of course.
