Harvested in the cool of the night to retain fruit freshness. after crushing, the juice was fermented in static stainless steel fermenters, and post fermentation was exposed to light oak influence allowing varietal expression and fruit flavours to dominate. Richly flavoured and full of character, medium bodied red wine driven with plum, chocolate and berry flavours. The palate is round and soft.
