This cabernet absolutely reflects that Moppa style with dense, tannic fruit but also shows plenty of cabernet personality. Deeply coloured, there is rich, sweet cassis fruits with an attractive leafy edge that brightens up the line of deep, dark fruit. The palate is then dry and fleshy, but again cabernet structure is clear thanks to juicy acidity and chewy tannins that help to sustain a long and surprisingly elegant finish.
