The Adelaide Hills experienced another exceptional vintage on the back of one of the best ever in 2021. A wet winter and spring, followed by a dry and mild summer created a long ripening period which led to excellent flavour development whilst maintaining natural acidity. Aromas of fresh grapefruit, passionfruit and cut grass. Refreshing, with plenty of citrus, tropical fruits and melon characters on the palate, finishing with crisp, balanced acidity.
