Very pale straw with a youthful green rim. A pure expression of Chardonnay from Margaret River. Lifted stone fruit aromas drives the nose of the wine with delicate savoury aromas of malt, shortbread, and dried herbs from wild fermentation and maturation on yeast lees in French oak barrels. A benchmark Chardonnay from Margaret River. Fresh citrus / lime flavours with honeydew and fresh peach driving through the palate. Delicate savoury characters of dried herbs, fresh toast and malt from wild barrel fermentation on solids adds intriguing flavour and textural complexity.
