Pale straw in colour, the nose exhibits powerful aromas of peaches and cream, accented by sweet and aromatic spices of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, along with ripe tropical fruits and bakery-fresh brioche and croissants. The palate is richly flavoured with peach, pineapple and apricot, followed by secondary flavours of clotted cream, spiced cinnamon buns and buttered toast. The sweet-fruited, complex and densely flavoured palate is creamy and decadent, yet the finish is crisp and clean with wonderful length of flavour that carries on long after the wine is consumed.
