The Moppa district of the Barossa and cabernet sauvignon is an unusual combination with rich and brooding shiraz generally considered the local star. This cabernet absolutely reflects that Moppa style with dense, tannic fruit but also shows plenty of cabernet personality. Deeply coloured, there is rich, sweet cassis fruits with an attractive leafy edge that brightens up the line of deep, dark fruit.
